There was a time when survival was all I knew.

Like many people, my story includes chapters I never would have chosen—abuse, assault, grief, financial hardship, loss, and moments when simply making it through the day felt like a victory.

For years, I carried the weight of those experiences. Some wounds were obvious. Others hid beneath the surface, shaping my choices, my relationships, and the way I moved through the world. I spent a long time believing healing meant endlessly revisiting the past, trying to understand every detail before I could move forward.

What I eventually discovered was something different.

Healing isn’t about pretending the past didn’t happen. It’s not about toxic positivity or forcing yourself to “get over it.” It’s about learning how to release what no longer belongs in your life—the shame, the fear, the stories, the survival patterns, and the burdens you were never meant to carry forever.

That realization changed everything.

Today, through Releasing Trauma, I help people create space for what’s next. Through conversation, guided reflection, rituals, and practical tools, my goal is to help you move from surviving to living—from feeling stuck to finding clarity, direction, and hope again.

I don’t believe you’re broken.

I believe you’ve survived.
